Multi-goal possession alternate game. This is a very complete exercise in which two teams of 8 players play a small game with the objective of scoring a goal in any of the 3-meter goals. It is an intense exercise, with rhythm, in which the inside players make an important effort. The use of jokers is the most important rule. When leaning on a joker, there must be an inside pass before trying to score a goal, and also to be able to lean on another joker. This rule facilitates the inside game and makes it more demanding and difficult.
