Objective: ball maintenance in numerical superiority with limitation of touches. Fast attack in numerical inferiority
Organization and development: 3 teams of equal number of players face each other. Two teams keep possession, with limited touches, it can be 1,2,3 touches depending on the level of the group. Another team tries to steal the ball, and with a free touch, score a goal in the goal.
It is played for time, usually in sets of 2'each defending team, as it is hard work. Teams are scored based on the points they score when they are in the defensive role.
If they score a goal it is 1 point, if they are fouled 0.5 points and if the teams in possession lose the ball out of bounds it is also 0.5 points.
