Rondo exercises. Rondo Nagelsmann 4×2, 8 players are distributed in 4 pairs, in a space of approximately 20×20, which in turn is divided in half.
A 2-touch rondo is played in which the objective is to pass to the other side where a partner is waiting.
When this happens, the pair that has passed the ball and those who were stealing, move to the other side and there the game continues in a 4×2 situation.
If a pair loses the ball they have to go to the other side to steal. To that side must be added the partner who was participating on that side and who has not lost the ball.
