📝 1. Description of exercise

Exercise oriented to offensive actions in a two-pronged system, emphasizing combinations and synchronization between strikers and the use of lateral crosses. Offensive automatisms and rational occupation of the area against simulated defenses are worked.

📐 2. Organization and Development

  • Two forwards and two wingers (or high wingers) are placed in their natural positions.

  • Four dummies are placed simulating the pair of central defenders and the rival midfielders, generating a fictitious defensive structure.

  • From a combinative sequence from the second line or from the flank, the coordinated entry of the forwards into the box after a lateral cross is sought.

  • Different synergies are worked on: dragging and breaking, wall and crossed clearance, attack to the first/second post, etc.

🎯 4. Tips or main aspects

  • Synchronize the passing and entries into the area between the two strikers.

  • Encourage coordination between wing and forwards to find the right crossing times.

  • Observe the occupation of the area: first post, central zone and second post.

  • Ensure intensity and realism in offensive actions, respecting the spaces and profiles of the system.

  • Change the type and height of the center (low, tight, aerial).

  • Introduce a third player coming from the second line.

  • Alternate profile of the ends (natural or changed foot).

  • Simulate rival pressure or include passive opposition.
