🧠 1. Exercise description

Exercise in a reduced space focused on attacks and defenses in different numerical situations: equality, superiority and inferiority. The aim is to improve decision making in situations of numerical advantage or disadvantage, attack-defense transition and speed in execution under pressure.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • The drill begins with an uncontested finish against the goalkeeper, to activate the rhythm of the game.

  • Immediately after, situations such as:

    • 2×1

    • 2×2

    • 3×2

    • 3×3, etc.

  • Actions are developed in a reduced space, which forces to execute at high intensity and with minimum decision time.

  • After each sequence, the players rotate rapidly to maintain the dynamism of the exercise.

  • The number of players involved and the order of the sequences can be adjusted according to the tactical objective of the session .

🎯 4. Tips or main aspects

  • ⚡ S peed of execution in reduced spaces, with maximum intensity.

  • 🧠 Decision-making in advantage and disadvantage: when to finish, when to wait or partner.

  • 🗣️ Defensive and offensive communication in changing numerical situations.

🔄 3. Variants

  • 🔁 Reverse situations: start with an action with an offensive disadvantage (e.g. 2×3).

  • ⏱️ Limit the time of each sequence to increase the pressure.

  • 🧍‍♂️ Include goalkeepers in successive actions, not only in the first completion.

  • 🔁 Reward successful completion with a new offensive superiority on the next action.
