The drill begins with an uncontested finish against the goalkeeper, to activate the rhythm of the game.

Actions are developed in a reduced space, which forces to execute at high intensity and with minimum decision time.
After each sequence, the players rotate rapidly to maintain the dynamism of the exercise.
The number of players involved and the order of the sequences can be adjusted according to the tactical objective of the session .
