📝 1. Description of exercise

Active warm-up exercise with ball, focused on physical and cognitive activation through a predetermined passing sequence. Elements of coordination, speed and agility are integrated between technical actions, preparing the player for the main part of the session both at a neuromuscular and mental level.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • Two groups facing each other with two players in the center acting as supports or distributors.

  • Outside players must execute a fixed sequence of passes (inside-center-outside or similar).

  • After each pass, players perform a short physical action (e.g. coordinated jump, hurdle step, 5 m sprint, zig-zag between cones) in free zones designated as "dead spaces".

  • It is possible to work by times or repetitions, alternating the central players.

  • Increasing rhythm, starting softly and increasing intensity progressively.

  • ⚙ Emphasize technical quality from the start: firm passing and directed control.

  • 💡 Activate concentration with varied tasks between sequences.
