Exercise oriented to quick finishes in numerical equality (2v2), prioritizing speed in decision making and intensity close to goal. It includes a previous phase of combination of 3 players to activate the attack before the final duel. The aim is to simulate real match situations in which it is necessary to finish without delay.
Space: Field divided into two sectors near the goal (according to the original graphic reference).
Disposition:
Three players start by combining in the first zone.
After the combination, two of them progress to generate a 2×2 in the final sector in front of two defenders.
Sequence:
Fast combination in the initial zone (walls, supports or deep passes).
Advance to the end zone to execute the 2v2 attack.
Offensive objective: to finish as quickly as possible, seeking realism in the pace of the game.
After each action, the role of players is rotated to ensure continuous participation.
Attack: quick decision making, amplitude and verticality in 2v2.
Defense: timing and coordination to close passing lanes and prevent quick shooting.
Maintain smooth transition between initial combination and finishing action.
High intensity in each action to reproduce the real context of the opponent's area.
Limit time to finish (e.g. 6-8 seconds) to increase intensity.
Modify type of start (vertical pass, wall or lateral center).
Introduce goalkeeper to increase realism in finishing.
Change ratio of players (3v2 or 2v1) to work on superiority/inferiority.
